Program Guidelines & Methodology
2. Test Pattern & Marking Scheme
Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Time allowed is 1.2 minutes (72 seconds) per question, carrying 2 marks for each correct answer. Negative marking (1/3rd of assigned marks) applies exclusively to Full-Length Mock Tests. All Micro-Topic Tests and Subject-Wise Mixed Tests are conducted without negative marking. Difficulty levels include Easy, Moderate, Hard and Very Hard according to the candidate's enrolled package.
3. Academic Preparation and Learning Methodology
The primary objective is not merely to assess knowledge but to provide a structured opportunity to read, understand, practise, evaluate and revise each micro-topic using recommended reference books (such as D.D. Basu, NCERT, IGNOU, M.V. Pylee). Reasonable intervals between tests enable conceptual clarity and continuous revision.
4. Test Schedule & Communication
The date of the next scheduled test shall ordinarily be communicated at the time of publication or activation of the current test. The Academy may revise schedules or topics for academic or administrative reasons with timely notice to enrolled candidates.
5. Date-Wise Access Policy & Discipline
To maintain academic discipline, free candidates can access the currently notified test and only the immediately preceding scheduled test. Earlier test papers will not remain automatically accessible. Each test permits one submitted attempt only.
