1. Digital Content & Test Series
Due to the digital nature of our courses, video lectures, and micro-topic test series, all purchases made on Jupiter Academy Pro are final and non-refundable. Once a course or test series is purchased and accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Duplicate Transactions
In case of a technical error where a customer is charged twice for the same course due to payment gateway issues, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after verification.
3. Free Plans
Our free plans (such as the Free Micro-Topic Plan) involve zero fees and do not entail any financial transactions or refund eligibility.
